FUERZA BRUTA: AN ARGENTINIAN WHIRLWIND PASSES THROUGH BELGIUM

In august 2010 we experienced the Argentinian show 'Fuerza Bruta' for the first time in New York and were very impressed. Proud to Present and Arrano decided to join forces to bring the spectacle to Belgium. In august 2011 the 'hippest and coolest show on earth' had its opening night in the mundane coastal resort of Knokke-Heist for a run of 3 weeks. In spite of the worst summer in 60 years over 25,000 people came to experience the spectacle full of power and poetry.

Three months later it was Antwerps' turn. This time the show was located in an huge, empty warehouse at the 'Schelde'river, stressing the edgy and urban character of the show. Once again over 25,000 enthousiastic visitors often filled the room to maximum capacity.

EXHIBITION 'FC DE KAMPIOENEN' IN ANTWERP AND OOSTENDE; FLANDERS BIDS FAREWELL TO ITS MOST POPULAR TV SERIES EVER.
After 21 years (!) there came an end to the long running Flemish comedy series ' FC DE KAMPIOENEN'. Proud to Present and Arrano, together with tv station VRT took the lead to create a suitable goodbye for the popular series.
In the impressive Central Station of Antwerp a 2,000m2 exhibition space was created, containing all the original sets that were used in the series. Everyday actors were availabe so that viewers and fans were able to meet up with their idols. Next to that the expo had many interactive elements and a café. Due to popular demand the exhibition was extended several times and in the end lasted from Xmas 2010 to Easter 2011. With the number of visitors exceeding 70,000 the exhibition turned out te be far more successful then originally expected.
In order to give a follow up to this success a summer location was found in the prestigious 'Kursaal' in the coastal town of Oostende. The expo was adapted to fit to its new venue and another 50,000 visitors were added.

BENELUX TOUR OF 'THRILLER LIVE': FIVE FANTASTIC SHOWS FOR ECSTATIC AUDIENCES.
In the week from 16-22 November 2009 Proud to Present, together with Arrano, brought 'THRILLER LIVE', the succesful West End production, to the Ethias Arena in Hasselt, the Amsterdam Heineken Music Hall (2x) and the Lotto Arena in Antwerp ( 2x). The performances became truly memorable evenings for adults and children alike.
In a show that lasted over two hours a topcast consisting of more than 20 singers, dancers and a live band, performed nearly all of Michaels big hits to delighted crowds and turned the venues into big party grounds.
When the dust had settled, over 15,000 fans had attended the 5 shows. Not a bad result, considering that the tour coincided with the release of Michael Jackson's movie 'This is it!'.

With a total stay of 9 weeks( 3 of them success options!) in Antwerp and Brussels, this visit turned out to be a huge success.
